Craniac Visuals LLC ("Craniac Visuals," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information.

Information We Collect

• Contact information you provide directly — name, email address, and phone number, typically when you book a call, message us, or become a client.
• Payment information when you purchase a service. Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor — we do not directly collect or store your full card number.
• Scheduling information when you book a call through Calendly, a third-party scheduling tool.
• Client content — if you become a client, we receive the video/audio content you provide for editing, along with any social media account access you grant us to deliver the service (see below).
• Basic website usage data that our hosting provider may collect automatically (such as general visit statistics), which does not personally identify you.

How We Use Information

• To deliver the services you've purchased (clipping, editing, posting, and account management)
• To communicate with you about your service, scheduling, and billing
• To process payments through our payment processor
• To improve our services and website

Social Media Account Access

As part of our clipping or social media account management services, clients may grant Craniac Visuals access to manage a dedicated social media account on their behalf. This access is used solely to deliver the agreed service — posting content, managing the account, and reporting on performance. We do not use client account access for any purpose outside the scope of the service agreement, and access can be discussed and revoked as outlined in your service agreement.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate our business, including:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Calendly — call scheduling
• Netlify — website hosting

These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data, and we encourage you to review them.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion of your information (subject to any legal or contractual obligations we may have, such as payment records).

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
