Terms of Service

Effective date: July 20, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Craniac Visuals LLC ("Craniac Visuals," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Craniac Visuals provides two services. Short-form video clipping — editing long-form content into short-form clips, with current service tiers (Starter, Core, Premium, and platform add-ons) listed on our clipping pricing page. Social media account management — either content creation only or full account management, scoped and priced individually per client, with representative tiers listed on our social media management pricing page. Depending on the plan or engagement, Craniac Visuals may manage a dedicated social media account to post content on the client's behalf. Service tiers and pricing may be updated from time to time.

Billing & Payment

• Services are billed on a month-to-month, recurring monthly subscription basis, charged at the start of each billing cycle via our payment processor, Stripe.
• There is no long-term contract — you may cancel at any time.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will receive all deliverables owed for the month already paid for; billing simply does not renew for the following cycle. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within an active billing period.

Pause Policy

If you wish to pause service, your current paid month will be completed in full, after which billing will pause until you choose to resume.

Account Ownership

For services that include a dedicated social media account — whether under the clipping service's Core/Premium tiers and applicable add-ons, or a Full Account Management engagement — that account is built, registered, and owned by Craniac Visuals as part of delivering the service — it is not automatically transferred to the client. Clients may purchase full ownership of their dedicated account at any time under a buyout arrangement, priced by default at six (6) months of the client's then-current monthly rate, subject to adjustment if the account's actual value has grown significantly beyond that estimate. Content & Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of the underlying long-form content you provide to us.
• Craniac Visuals retains ownership of any dedicated social media account created to deliver the service, as described above, separate from ownership of your underlying content.
• You may request revisions or removal of any published clip at any time; takedown requests will be honored within 24 hours.

Client Responsibilities

To deliver services, we rely on you to provide source content and, where applicable, any account access needed to post on your behalf. Delays in providing necessary materials may affect delivery timelines and the delivery guarantee above.

Limitation of Liability

Craniac Visuals provides content editing and social media management services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific follower counts, view counts, or revenue outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Craniac Visuals is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time in accordance with the cancellation terms above. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at our discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
